Simply Eyeglasses, Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order if the proper amount was not added to the shopping cart. Please know prescription lenses are not included with any frame, all prescriptions lenses are an additional cost on top of the cost of the frame.

We reserve the right to not honor an incorrect price in a shopping cart. If the item is listed correctly on the website but that item is not the same price in the shopping cart we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Also, if a frame is obviously not correctly priced, like an $0 amount, that is clearly worth more we reserve the right to cancel an order. We are human and mistakes do happen.
From time to time, we will contact you about sales, special offers and new site features if you agreed to be included in our email lists when you completed a purchase transaction with us. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order/package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for a lost or stolen package. If the carrier has lost the package we will work with you and the carrier to recover the lost package. Please know if a package is lost we have to make sure the package is on the way back to our facility before we can ship the customer another item.
