What is the total delivery time for a frame only order and a prescription order?

The total delivery time consists of the time you place your order to the time it is delivered to you. There are two or three parts: Processing Time (the amount of time your frame is delivered to our facility from the manufacturer), Manufacturing Time (the time it takes us to manufacturer prescription lenses) and the Delivery Time (varies based on the shipping method you choose).

Things to know about our shipping

• Frames are ordered directly from the manufacturer to ensure authenticity.
• Most Frames are received at our facility within 2-7 business days.
• A select few collections may take a few extra days to receive from the manufacturer.
• All orders go through an inspection process for quality control before shipping the product.
• A representative will notify you in the event of any delay outside our specified delivery times.
• Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
• Once an order/package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for a lost or stolen package.

Please Note: All Online Optical Stores do not carry stock, we all order directly from the manufacturer on every order, so please be aware there is a processing time when ordering frames only. Delivery times do not include orders placed after 2pm Fridays, weekends or holidays.

All International shipments

Duties will be paid by recipient. Duties will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports. We do not charge for duties, however the importing country may charge for duties, so please contact your local government for further details.

Things to know about Prescription Orders

• Prescription orders are customized to your prescription so they do take extra time to process than a frame only order.
• Rimless orders take more time to complete (6-8+ Business Days).
• Sunglass Frames with a curve are very difficult jobs, they require the most time to complete (8+ Business Days).
• We want you to have your prescription order as fast as possible but we care just as much about quality. We have an inspection process for every frame that leaves our facility and if we find any issues that will delay your order you will be notified by a representative.
• We only use name brand prescription lenses.
• Please remember, we are the only website that sells authentic name brand frames and has a money-back guarantee for prescription lenses.
• Glass lenses and mirror coatings add 2-3 days to processing times.
