well 1st let me say i am/was the most skeptical online shopper you will find. i had orignally gone to eyemart express for my prescipition glasses, but because my presciption is so high in my left eye (-12.50) they could not make them. So i turned to the internet and starting researching online companies. after reading up on several and i mean several i settled on simplyeyeglasses and decided to make the plunge. i placed my order and got a immediate confirmation from Cindy ( who was great and who i made jump through several hoops). the 1st frame i ordered was discountied and she worked with me on 2 frame changes( my fault) not hers and was very professional during the whole process. Once my order got to the lab Pam took over and she too was awesome i could not believe the level of customer service i was recieving from folks who i had not met in person. because the glasses where so much less from them i was able to order everything ( gant frame, transition, superior anti reflecting you name i got it. there was a slight delay because i changed frames a couple of times and when my glasses where finally readly( still only took 12 days) Pam arranged for them to ship out friday next day air for saturday delivery at no additional charge to me. Its now saturday morning and my glasses just arrived and they are awsome. lenses look great, fit is great even without a ajdustment. job well done you have a customer for life.
